typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler and exports no JavaScript API, so tsup's dts build cannot read it. It comes in aliased as tsgo and does the typechecking; typescript stays on the 6 line for tsup. 0 diagnostics before and after, dts output and the 120 vitest tests unchanged. tsup injects its own baseUrl into the compilerOptions it hands the dts build, which typescript 6 rejects as TS5101, so the tsconfig now states ignoreDeprecations "6.0".
