src/types.ts is 209 type-declaration lines (3 trivial runtime) — type correctness is checked by tsc, not unit tests, so counting it as 0%-covered runtime wrongly dragged the global line coverage to 59.74% (<60% gate). Excluding it: 65.91%. Consistent with the existing re-export/network excludes.
