typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler and exports no JavaScript API, so next 15.5.25 cannot read it. It comes in aliased as tsgo and does the typechecking; typescript stays on the 6 line for next. The docs site had no lockfile and no ignore file, so this adds both. 6 diagnostics before and after, with css.d.ts declaring the side-effect stylesheet imports.
