zeekay 4a65945fa2 feat: add gRPC feature flag and benchmarks ...

- gRPC/protobuf only compiled with +grpc feature (NEVER by default)
- Post-quantum crypto (+pq) enabled by default
- Add criterion benchmarks for ZAP vs gRPC comparison
- Add size_comparison.sh script for file size analysis

Feature flags:
  default = ["pq"]     # PQ crypto always on
  +grpc                 # Adds tonic/prost (~2MB binary increase)
  +mcp                  # MCP client support
  +full                 # All features

Binary sizes (release, stripped, LTO):
  zapc: 765K
  zap:  2.1M
  zapd: 3.3M

Schema size savings: ~40% smaller than .capnp
