zeekay 55a1291f29 refactor(brand): single-brand zap-proto.io; marketing moved to zerocopy.app ...

The brand-toggle hero shipped earlier today is replaced with a
single-brand surface — zap-proto.io is now the protocol home only.

Marketing pitch (ZApps, future of I/O) moved to its own repo at
zap-proto/zerocopy → zerocopy.app.
Developer docs moved to zap-proto/dev → zap-proto.dev.

Three sites, three audiences, three repos. lib/brand.ts is kept as
a single-entry shim so the existing BrandHero component contract
holds.
