iamserver.NewApp(db) (hanzoai/iam v1.34.0) grafted into a 4-path host renders
an identical OpenAPI document under this branch and under released zip
v1.18.22 — same sha256, 85 paths, 102 operations. iam compiles against the
branch unchanged; it has no bare closure at a Use call.

The circulating 4->164 figure is not what this pairing produces: it is 4->85
paths / 102 operations.

Also gofmt: build.go was left unformatted by my own edits; caller.go,
examples/express-in-zip and internal/zipdoc/extract_test.go were already
unformatted on main.
