zeekayandHanzo Dev 889cf8aced an answer states its response headers, and Host already binds
The third and last gap holding Bridge open. Symmetric to the status fix: the
ANSWER states its headers, declared on the op and valued by the returned value,
so there is no mutable slot on the context. A slot is invisible to every
projection, which is how a browser session cookie came to be set by a route no
projection described.

WithResponseHeader declares the names; HeaderCoder on the output supplies the
values; an undeclared name is refused as an error rather than written. Every
declared header lands in the document under the response, because a header a
caller relies on — a cache directive, a payment challenge, a Set-Cookie — is
part of the contract and Set-Cookie is a security-relevant part of it.

Transport meaning is DEFINED rather than silent: written wherever the op owns
the response — REST, and the by-name call plane, where one request carries one
op — and not written over MCP, where one HTTP response carries a whole JSON-RPC
envelope that may hold several results. The declared set still reaches the tool
schema and the answer's value is identical everywhere. Tested.

And Host needs no new spelling: header:"Host" already binds, because fasthttp
surfaces Host through the same accessor. Measured, not assumed, and pinned by a
test so cloud can convert its 2 sites as they are.
