luxfi/metric moved its OTel adapter to metric/otel, so importing the registry
no longer drags 34 OpenTelemetry SDK packages into every consumer. zip uses
only the root package — the registry, EncodeText, the ZAP exporter — so this
bump takes zip, and everything that inherits zip, to zero OTel packages
linked. Module graph pruning even drops them from consumers' go.sum. This
completes the ruling the telemetry work shipped under: nothing a plugin
inherits.
