zeekay cae87f268f Serve the favicon and paper from public/ ...

Next exports public/, not the repository root, so /favicon.svg and
/papers/zen4-ultra-gt-qlora.pdf answered 404 on docs.zenlm.org while
the files sat at the root. They move into public/.

The rest of the root was a copy of the zenlm.org build (index.html,
_next/, models/, papers/ and the like) that nothing serves, reads or
links, and it still told the old Zen5 story. It goes.
