typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler and exports no JavaScript API, so
next 16.0 and typescript-eslint cannot read it. It comes in aliased as tsgo
and does the typechecking; typescript stays on the 6 line for the tools.
docs reports the same 23 diagnostics on 5.7.2, 6.0.3 and 7.0.2; docs/site 0.

docs/site loses baseUrl, which 7 removed, so its @/* mapping is relative
now — and with it four dead mappings that pointed at absolute paths on one
machine. src/css.d.ts declares the side-effect stylesheet import both
projects hit as TS2882; docs sweeps site/src, so one file covers both.

docs had no committed lockfile, so the pin could not install reproducibly;
its pnpm-lock.yaml is checked in here.
