The manifest declared MIT while the directory shipped the GNU GPL v3 text, over 89 files derived from the Uniswap Labs interface. A permissive declaration over GPL source grants rights the upstream never granted: GPL-3.0 §5(c) requires the whole of a derived work to reach every recipient under the GPL. It now declares GPL-3.0-or-later, and a NOTICE credits Uniswap Labs as §5(a) requires of a modified work.
