- Dockerfile: Next static export (out/) served by ghcr.io/hanzoai/spa:1.2.0; drop pnpm-workspace.yaml (no packages: field breaks pnpm v9); split the ~485MB static media into per-directory layers so GHCR blob pushes succeed. - docker-publish.yml: self-hosted amd64 build -> ghcr.io/zooai/foundation; cross-org push needs GHCR_PAT (zoo-apps GITHUB_TOKEN cannot push to zooai).
