The 501(c)(3) claim is the one thing on this site that survives a public record, and its date was still wrong. The IRS determination for EIN 88-3538992 is dated 1 June 2025; the roadmap said 2024 Q1. The exemption is real — subsection 3, the foundation is in the file — so the date now matches the record instead of predating it by a year. The zoolabs page claimed collaboration with World Wildlife Fund, Conservation International, Ocean Conservancy and Wildlife Conservation Network under a heading reading "Collaborating with leading institutions". That is a claim about them, and they have not made it. The same authoring gave three DAOs an advisory board of real scientists who never agreed to it. What is left is our own lab and the one organisation named consistently elsewhere as a DAO partner. Seven roadmap milestones asserted measured outcomes as completed fact: 94% and 96% and 89% accuracy, twelve new species discovered, a 40% reduction in poaching incidents, $45K and $32K and $650K raised or deployed, and a model "outperforming human experts on many taxa". No source for any of it. What each DAO says it is doing stays; the measurements are gone. Two things that could not work. The launch form demanded a wallet before it would let anyone send an email, and the WalletConnect id behind that gate ships as the literal string YOUR_PROJECT_ID, because NEXT_PUBLIC_WALLETCONNECT_PROJECT_ID is set nowhere in CI. Nothing on this site needs a wallet any more — no funding passes through it and no vote is cast on it — so the gate is gone rather than repaired. The newsletter was a form with no action, no method, no handler and an input with no name: Subscribe reloaded the page and discarded the address, beneath a line promising to respect privacy about data that was never collected. It is a mailto now, which arrives. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
