A parallel audit of this repository found more of what the earlier passes found, and worse. Three DAOs listed an advisory board of real, identifiable scientists — among them Fei-Fei Li, Sylvia Earle, Barbara Block, Jesse Ausubel and Sara Beery — with invented titles and biographies, on pages that ask for money. Nothing here suggests any of them agreed to it. Every named individual is removed; a DAO with no advisory board is honest and one with a borrowed name is not. ResearchDAO's whole identity was a federal grant relationship: a tagline about NSF research, NSF named as a partner, a completed milestone reading "Secured $350K NSF grant ... $700K total research budget", and a model in which "every $100K from the DAO unlocks $300K in federal research funding". The nsf.gov page it cited for this 404s. All of it is gone, including NSF from the homepage partner grid. Thirteen pages of a second, older site were still being served out of public/ — zoo.fund/governance.html among them, where voting called no contract, logged to the console, and then popped an alert saying the vote had been cast. Its "Fund This Project" buttons had no handler at all. Nothing in the app linked to any of it and the app's own routes supersede it, so it is deleted rather than patched. The Governance and Treasury tabs rendered lib/dao-governance-data.ts, which describes itself in its own comments as sample data: invented balances, invented proposals, and transaction hashes reading 0xabc123def456... under "View on Basescan". No DAO here publishes a treasury address, so there is nothing real for those tabs to show and they are gone with the file. Also: the NVIDIA mark was hotlinked from a third-party logo CDN, an unlicensed image and an outside dependency on a page we control. It renders as a name like every other partner. Shark Stewards, Frontiers North and NVIDIA Inception stay. I have no evidence against them — but no evidence for them either, and both conservation organisations had impact-report links that 404. Someone who knows should confirm them or they should follow NSF. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
