zeekay fb00def13f chore(deps): bump to latest stable (pnpm 11.1.3 + Next 16 + React 19.2.6 + Tailwind 4.3 + zod 4)

- packageManager: [email protected].0 → [email protected] (latest stable)
- Move onlyBuiltDependencies (sharp) into pnpm-workspace.yaml — pnpm 11
  no longer reads the package.json `pnpm` field
- .npmrc settings carried forward in modern keys; sharp script enabled
  via workspace `allowBuilds`
- pnpm update --latest across all deps (Next 16.2.6, React 19.2.6,
  Tailwind 4.3.0, zod 4, TypeScript 6, framer-motion 12.39, etc.)
- Pin lucide-react@^0.577 — v1.x dropped brand icons (Github/Linkedin/Twitter)
- Pin react-resizable-panels@^3 — v4 renamed PanelGroup/PanelResizeHandle
  and breaks @hanzo/ui 5.6.1 peer expectations
- tsconfig: TS 6 auto-migrated jsx: preserve → react-jsx (kept)

Local build: pnpm install + pnpm build succeed; static export emits all
marketing pages.
