- TopBanner: swap solid --brand-green for .pill-rainbow (existing shared 30s linear-gradient animation in globals.css) + add a 2px black bottom border to crisply separate from the Navbar. - ZooLabsNarrative: wrap each of the 5 layer cards (zenlm.org, zoo.cloud, zoo.network, zoo.fund, zoo.vote) in a motion.a with the canonical https URL; preserves the brutalist drop-shadow and adds a press-into-shadow hover. Closes the 'no links on pillars' feedback and aligns the banner with the iridescent palette used everywhere else on the page.
