The header drew an inline path of its own invention — a bowtie that is not the Zoo mark and never was. Meanwhile siteConfig.logo already named /logos/zoo-logo.svg, no component read it, and nothing shipped there, so the declared path answered 404. The mark is the three-circle Venn already in this repo at zoo-logo.svg, the same bytes zoo.ngo and zoolabs.io serve. It now ships at the path the config declares, and the header reads config.logo. One asset, one path, one reader.
