Bylines, paper authorship, correspondence addresses and the founder blurb under each post named an individual. They name the organisation that published the work instead: the brand on posts and pages, the research byline on papers, and research@ in place of a personal address. Both are what these repositories already used elsewhere — nothing new was coined. Co-authors are untouched. Where a paper named someone else alongside, they stay named; only the one byline changed. Bibliography entries, running heads, PDF metadata and affiliations move with it, so a citation still resolves to whoever the cited paper names. Sample and fixture data uses the placeholder name these tests already use elsewhere, so no assertion changed meaning. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>

\begin{abstract}
\noindent We articulate five intertwined planks that together describe \Zoo{}
Labs Foundation as it stands at the \Quasar{} 3.0 activation date
(2025-12-25): (i) the canonical team and mission that descend from the
October 31, 2021 founding whitepaper; (ii) \Zoo{}'s positioning against the
$\sim$\$113 trillion global digital-securities market through its exclusive
partnership with \Partner{} and the \Lux{} chain stack; (iii) the
quantum-secure settlement guarantee provided by \Quasar{} 3.0
(\Lux{} \textsc{lp-020}), which composes three independent cryptographic
hardness assumptions ($\BLS{}_{12\text{-}381}$, Corona Ring-LWE, and
$\MLDSA{}\text{-}65$ via Z-Chain Groth16); (iv) a Homomorphic / Holographic
Consensus \DAO{} with weighted voting over \emph{advocacy}, \emph{involvement},
\emph{contribution}, and \emph{token stake}; and (v) democratized end-to-end
information access powered by per-\textsc{llm} chains, public verifiable
inference receipts, and zero-knowledge selective disclosure. This paper is
the canonical cross-reference for these five planks. Spec freeze:
2025-12-15. Activation alongside \Quasar{} 3.0: 2025-12-25.
