Bylines, paper authorship, correspondence addresses and the founder blurb under each post named an individual. They name the organisation that published the work instead: the brand on posts and pages, the research byline on papers, and research@ in place of a personal address. Both are what these repositories already used elsewhere — nothing new was coined. Co-authors are untouched. Where a paper named someone else alongside, they stay named; only the one byline changed. Bibliography entries, running heads, PDF metadata and affiliations move with it, so a citation still resolves to whoever the cited paper names. Sample and fixture data uses the placeholder name these tests already use elsewhere, so no assertion changed meaning. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>

\begin{abstract}
\noindent The October 31, 2021 Zoo whitepaper described three
interlocking experience surfaces: a personality-bearing ``Cute \AI{}
Assistant'' (\S21), an Augmented Reality app for in-the-field
encounters (\S22), and a Metaverse Companion that follows the user
across surfaces (\S23). This paper documents the 2025-12-15
realization. The Cute \AI{} Assistant ships as the on-device avatar
within Zoo Desktop, backed by the \Zen{} model family co-developed
with \Hanzo{}. The \AR{} App ships as Zoo Field, a mobile companion
tied to geo-attested quest completion. The Metaverse Companion ships
as the persistent avatar binding wallet, \NFT{}, chat, and \AR{}
surfaces, anchored by per-\textsc{llm}{} chains
\cite{zoo-perllm-chains}. We document architecture, dependencies, and
the 2021 commitments each surface honours.
