Bylines, paper authorship, correspondence addresses and the founder blurb under each post named an individual. They name the organisation that published the work instead: the brand on posts and pages, the research byline on papers, and research@ in place of a personal address. Both are what these repositories already used elsewhere — nothing new was coined. Co-authors are untouched. Where a paper named someone else alongside, they stay named; only the one byline changed. Bibliography entries, running heads, PDF metadata and affiliations move with it, so a citation still resolves to whoever the cited paper names. Sample and fixture data uses the placeholder name these tests already use elsewhere, so no assertion changed meaning. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>

\begin{abstract}
We present \textbf{Zoo EVM}, a Layer 2 blockchain designed for decentralized artificial intelligence research and decentralized science (DeSci). Operating as a sovereign subnet on the Lux Network, Zoo EVM features 20 precompiles including NIST PQC standards (ML-DSA, SLH-DSA, ML-KEM), threshold signatures (FROST, CGGMP21), privacy primitives (FHE, zero-knowledge proofs, ring signatures), and a novel AI Mining precompile for proof-of-useful-computation consensus. Zoo Labs Foundation, established in 2021 as one of the earliest agentic AI platforms---predating the mainstream adoption of agent frameworks by over two years---brings deep experience in frontier LLM development and decentralized compute to the blockchain layer. This paper describes the architecture, precompile suite, deployment model, and quantum security properties of Zoo EVM, and positions it within the broader Zoo ecosystem of decentralized AI governance via ZIPs (Zoo Improvement Proposals).
