to compliant venues.

BIBs incorporate additionality verification (oracle confirms outcomes

would not have occurred without BIB financing), permanence requirements

(20-year minimum post-maturity), leakage assessment (monitoring extends

to buffer zones), and alignment with TNFD \citep{tnfd2023framework} and
|
|
Science-Based Targets for Nature.
