\section{Case Study: Cross-Border Elephant Corridor}
We deployed \WildTrack{} for a multi-organization elephant tracking study across Kenya, Tanzania, and Mozambique involving 5 conservation organizations and 234 GPS-collared elephants.
\subsection{Setup}
Each organization operates a \WildTrack{} node with local storage of their tracking data. Cross-border movement analytics are computed using the MPC protocol, allowing organizations to determine corridor usage patterns without sharing precise trajectories.
\subsection{Results}
\begin{enumerate}[leftmargin=*]
\item Identified 7 previously undocumented cross-border corridors used by $\geq$10 individuals.
\item Detected a 34\% decline in corridor usage for one route correlating with new agricultural development, triggering a conservation alert.
\item Zero data breaches over 18 months of operation, compared to 3 attempted intrusions detected and blocked by the decentralized architecture.
\item All 5 organizations reported increased willingness to share data under the \WildTrack{} privacy framework.
\end{enumerate}
