zeekay 97ac2da227 brand: replace Lux triangle mark with Zoo iridescent disc 
- new ZooDisc component (additive RGB Venn, white center) matching zoo.ngo
- Header (mobile+desktop) and 404 use ZooDisc instead of LuxTriangle
- favicon -> /zoo-disc.svg; remove LuxTriangle.tsx + lux-triangle.svg
- this is the Zoo vote instance: Zoo branding, no Lux
