luxfi/gpu v1.0.1 asks pkg-config for `lux-gpu`, the DEX matcher's name,
which answers -I<prefix>/include/lux — one level too deep for
`#include <lux/gpu.h>`. v1.1.2 asks for `luxgpu` and gets the right
prefix. The rest of the estate already pins v1.1.2; evm and zoo-evm are
the two modules that build with cgo on.

The four committed binaries were build output. Each module is a main
package, so `go build ./...` writes the binary beside the source, and
where one was already committed the build stopped at "build output
already exists and is not an object file". All fifteen are ignored now,
not the four that happened to get committed.

go directive matches luxfi/chains upstream. Repo has no tests.
