zoo chain create beluga --type=l3 --evm-chain-id=420420 --token-name=BELUGA --token-symbol=BLG
zoo chain deploy beluga --local
zoo chain list
Chain types: l1 (sovereign), l2 (default), l3 (app-specific like Beluga)
Configs stored in ~/.zoo/chains/<name>/{genesis.json, sidecar.json}
Deploy wires to operator CRDs for subnet blockchain creation.
