typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler and exports no JavaScript API, so next
in apps/docs cannot read it. It comes in aliased as tsgo and does the
typechecking, and every package's typecheck script calls it directly because
pnpm cannot link a bin for the alias; typescript moves to 6.0.3 everywhere for
the tools. turbo run typecheck reports the same 4 diagnostics before and after,
once apps/api casts the proxied body to Buffer<ArrayBuffer> — TS7's lib no
longer takes a Buffer<ArrayBufferLike> as BodyInit, and the cast is neutral on 6.
