Lifeguard Datasets (v1.0)
Open-source, rule-grounded datasets for life preservation, self-sacrifice alignment, and logical complement consistency in AI systems.
Overview
The lifeguard dataset collection contains 39,720 rule-grounded decision items designed to systematically train and benchmark decision intelligence heads and language models.
Unlike subjective human preference datasets that encode noisy or contradictory biases, lifeguard derives its supervision from six unambiguous ethical axioms specified in the Lifeguard Charter.

The Four Tied Views (Surface Invariance)
To defeat superficial wording memorization (where surface syntax accounts for >70% of decision variance in unaligned models), every scenario unit is realized in four tied views sharing identical group identifiers:
canonical: Standard prompt phrasing with main line described first.order: Track descriptions inverted (side line presented before main line).instruction: Alternative decision query formulation.description: Alternative narrative vocabulary and opener.
The trainer binds these four views via cross-view consistency constraints (terms.views), penalizing models whose decisions flip when irrelevant presentation details change.
