The hero's film answered 404 on zoo.ngo while sitting in every build. GitHub Pages is off for this repo, so the Pages deploy has failed on every push since September, and zoo.ngo is served from the Sites plane (s3://hanzo-sites/zoo/ngo). That prefix was filled by hand, and the hand copies never carried videos/: the bucket's version history holds no object under zoo/ngo/videos/ at all. The panel was the dark ground with words on it. The film is re-cut from the same render: a 5.04 s loop opened on the frame the beluga faces up, AV1 in WebM (390 KB) ahead of H.264 (900 KB, faststart), no audio, each source naming its codec. Its first frame is the poster, so the panel is the animal from the first paint and stays the animal when the film is late or refused. Under prefers-reduced-motion nothing is fetched but the poster: the film has no autoplay attribute and starts from script only when motion is welcome and the panel is on screen. The water answers. While a question is out the film eases to 0.8x and the frame breathes; while the answer streams it runs at 1.35x, leans in 4% and a wash of light comes up over the animal; after, it settles back to 1x. The pace is one property on the media element eased a step a frame, the rest is transform and opacity. The workflow builds every push and pull request, holds the export to carrying the film, and on main publishes through hanzoai/ci's site action as slug ngo instead of to Pages. That publish needs the zoo KMS pair on this repo and the project ngo in org zoo; until then it fails and says so. Checked with Playwright on the export, Chromium at 1440 and 390, signed out and with a session in storage and cookies: film readyState 4 and advancing, webm 206, poster 200, listen 0.8x, speak 1.35x with scale 1.04 and the light at 1, back to 1x at rest; reduced motion fetches the poster alone; with the webm refused a Chromium with H.264 plays the mp4.
