wbin90620 2bc0d69a31 Setup: a GitHub change on Projects reads here without a reload, and Setup's reads there (0.3.11)

Setup read GitHub on mount, on focus and after its own act, so a connect
finished on Projects (after Setup had read) left it saying "Connect GitHub", and
its own Disconnect left Projects saying "connected".

A GitHub change is said on the window as `hanzo:github` (GITHUB_CHANGED), the
name @hanzo/build's Projects and Settings say and hear. Setup says it after its
Disconnect and its GitHub popup, and reads again on hearing it.

hanzoai/app

Hanzo's app SDK, one package per directory under pkg/:

pkg/app — @hanzo/app, the shell and the first-party apps every Hanzo host draws (hanzo.ai, hanzo.team, Hanzo Desktop).

pnpm install, then pnpm typecheck, pnpm lint:design, pnpm test and pnpm build run over every package. A package ships to npm when its package.json names a version npm does not serve (.github/workflows/publish.yml).
