github.com has no runner for hanzo-build-linux-amd64, so a caller under
.github/workflows is a gate that can never be scheduled. This is the ~7-line
caller on the plane that can (git.hanzo.ai git-runner fleet), pinned @v1.

The `already()` check compared `before.selector` to the generated
prefixed selector with strict equality. Generated prefixed selectors
always join the comma list with `', '`, so once an existing prefixed
rule had its selector list reformatted (e.g. one selector per line by a
formatter), the comparison failed and Autoprefixer inserted a duplicate
prefixed rule on every run.
Normalize the compared selector with `list.comma(...).join(', ')` so
whitespace differences in the selector list no longer defeat the
duplication check.
Closes#1497
Add -webkit-mask-position-x and -webkit-mask-position-y to the
css-masks feature prefix list. These properties have 97%+ global
browser support and were missing from the prefixer.
Closes#1537
* Fix CSS variables in gradients (#1515)
Prevent generation of invalid -webkit-gradient() syntax when CSS variables
are present in linear gradients. When var() is detected, skip old webkit
gradient conversion and use only -webkit-linear-gradient() instead.
This fixes cases where linear-gradient(var(--config)) would generate
invalid CSS if the variable contains comma-separated values.
* Add test for CSS variables in gradients to fix coverage
Adds test case that verifies CSS variables in gradients skip old webkit
gradient conversion and use only -webkit-linear-gradient() syntax.
This ensures 100% test coverage for the new var() detection logic.
