PoolManager now lives in hanzoai/dbx v1.13.0 (canonical home). base/plugins/platform/db_pool.go is a thin re-export wrapper. Stack: dbx (pool) → orm (models) → base (platform) One and only one way: dbx.NewPoolManager()
