The billing surface is one screen: billing-shell names the thirteen components
it mounts. These seven were reachable only because the barrel named them, and a
barrel line is not a caller. Each is deleted with its barrel pair, so the file
list and the screen now agree.
Proof per module — the only reference to each was its own definition plus the
barrel line removed here:
- invoice-manager.tsx InvoiceManager never imported; invoices render
through invoices-payments.tsx, which shell mounts
- account-switcher.tsx AccountSwitcher never imported; shell switches
orgs through OrgHeader
- status-bar.tsx StatusBar never imported
- billing-settings.tsx BillingSettings never imported; shell mounts the
four panels it wrapped directly
- support-tiers-panel.tsx SupportTiersPanel only caller was billing-settings
- promotions-panel.tsx PromotionsPanel only caller was billing-settings
- theme-toggle.tsx ThemeToggle zero references anywhere, not even
the barrel; theme is one knob and layout owns it
Spared as live though they look otherwise: wallet-providers.tsx and its
wallet-config.ts have no static importer — providers.tsx reaches them through
React.lazy, and lazy is how the wallet bundle stays off the first paint.
