fix: dark black theme and real LUX production wordmark

Browse Source 
- Dark theme: pure black background (oklch 0 0 0), monochrome chart colors
- LUX logos: replaced simplified polygons with production wordmark from @luxfi/logo
- Sidebar: near-black (#0d0d0d), monochrome primary colors
