Build the API image beside the console, from a caller GitHub runs
Hanzo CI/CD / test (linux-amd64) (push) Failing after 14m24s
Hanzo CI/CD / test (linux-arm64) (push) Successful in 6m47s
Hanzo CI/CD / cicd (push) Skipped

hanzo.yml declares ghcr.io/hanzoai/bootnode:<version>-api, built from api/
with api/Dockerfile for linux/amd64 and versioned by api/pyproject.toml.

The caller moves to .github/workflows/cicd.yml. GitHub is where this
repository is written and it reads no other directory; git.hanzo.ai holds a
pull mirror that runs no workflows, so the caller under .hanzo/workflows fired
nothing on push.
