The upstream cherry-pick/rebrand process corrupted escape sequences in
string literals and regex patterns (literal 0x0a/0x0d bytes instead of
\n/\r), broke a regex backslash replace, introduced a duplicate import,
and referenced a renamed export. These caused tsdown PARSE_ERROR build
failures blocking the Docker Release deploy.
