- Auto-track and await challenge nonce in connectReq so gateway tests
  pass without manual trackConnectChallengeNonce setup
- Add trackConnectChallengeNonce to startServerWithClient and e2e harness
- Regenerate Swift protocol models (protocol:gen:swift)
- Remove deprecated org.jetbrains.kotlin.android plugin (AGP 9.0)
- Sync 5 plugin versions to 2026.2.27
