hanzo.yml declared a gate with nothing to run it: github.com has no runner for
hanzo-build-linux-amd64, so a caller under .github/workflows can never be
scheduled. This is the ~7-line caller on the plane that can, pinned @v1.

Adopt the fleet licensing standard:
LICENSE-APACHE canonical Apache-2.0, byte-identical (sha256 cfc7749b96f6...),
body unedited -- the appendix keeps its [yyyy] placeholder
LICENSE-MIT MIT carrying "Copyright (c) ... Hanzo AI, Inc."
NOTICE Hanzo copyright + SPDX; third-party attributions preserved
LICENSE pointer only, so no license body can drift here
Verified original Hanzo work (work-for-hire); third-party attributions in
NOTICE are unchanged and no upstream LICENSE body was modified.

This repository was public with no license, which grants a reader nothing:
default copyright reserves all rights, so anyone who cloned it could not
legally use it, and we gained no protection in exchange. Apache 2.0 is the
license for our own new code.
Two things hanzo.app could not build before: nothing here is a container
image, so nothing here has a Dockerfile. The declaration is the same
hanzo.yml both CI lanes already read.
