ci: canonical pair — hanzo.yml + forge caller
github.com has no runner for hanzo-build-linux-amd64, so a caller under .github/workflows is a gate that can never be scheduled. This is the ~7-line caller on the plane that can (git.hanzo.ai git-runner fleet), pinned @v1. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>

# Canonical caller — every knob lives in /hanzo.yml, none here.
# Runs on the git-runner fleet at git.hanzo.ai, the only pool serving these
# labels. github.com resolves only .github/workflows and has no runner for

# them, so a caller placed there is a gate that cannot be scheduled.

# Canonical CI/CD config for hanzoai/calendar — read by hanzoai/ci (via
# .hanzo/workflows/cicd.yml) and by platform.hanzo.ai.

#

# Large yarn 4 + turbo monorepo. The gate is a real typecheck of @calcom/ui —
# tsc --noEmit over the shared component library, which resolves through the TS
# path aliases into @calcom/lib, @calcom/types and the prisma client, so it
# compiles a wide slice of the codebase, not just one folder.
#
# Two things it needs and gets, in order:
# - DATABASE_URL must be DEFINED (not reachable) or `prisma generate` — which
# the root postinstall runs through `turbo run post-install` — refuses to
# read the datasource block at all. It is a parse-time env lookup; nothing
# connects.
# - the icon components are generated, so the package builds them before it
# typechecks the code that imports them.
#
# Not the Dockerfile: that build wants a real DATABASE_URL, does a full Next
# production compile of apps/web, and is an hour on a shared fleet. A gate that
# slow is one people learn to ignore. Not `turbo type-check` across every
# workspace either, for the same reason.
