Suppress Key expressions cannot contain subqueries error in upgrade check

BuzzHouse creates tables with subqueries in key expressions (e.g.,
`PARTITION BY exists((SELECT 1))`), which the old server allowed but
the new server correctly rejects after 7896defecb. This is expected
and not a backward-incompatible issue for real users.
