Point wagyu and mapbox-geometry submodules at ClickHouse forks

Use ClickHouse/wagyu at branch ClickHouse/master, which strips the nested tests/geometry-test-data submodule so the contrib has no active recursive submodule, and the ClickHouse/geometry.hpp mirror of the archived upstream. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <[email protected]>
