DEVIATIONS

Changes in this fork relative to upstream ClickHouse v26.6.1.1:

- Product-facing surfaces are rebranded from ClickHouse to Hanzo Datastore (README, docs, program and command names, package descriptions, install defaults); website and documentation references point to hanzo.ai.
- gRPC is removed entirely: no contrib/grpc, no gRPC server, no USE_GRPC build paths.
- A native ZAP transport (Cap'n-Proto-derived RPC, contrib/zap from https://github.com/zap-proto/cpp-core) is added as the gRPC replacement; the ZapServer server stub lives in src/Server and is wired through ProtocolServerAdapter, but is not yet the live query path.
- The Google Cloud C++ backend (GCS object storage and GCP KMS) is removed; object storage is S3-based.
- A hanzo/ integration overlay is added: config.xml, compose.yml, and schema.sql defining the hanzo analytics database (organizations, projects, and compute-usage tables).
- A native QuasarKeeperConsensus coordination engine (Lux Quasar) is added in src/Coordination alongside the existing Keeper state machine, proven single-node via src/Coordination/examples.
- Profile-guided optimization and BOLT optimized-release build tooling is added (cmake/profile_optimization.cmake).
- LLVM XRay instrumentation defaults to OFF (ENABLE_XRAY) for leaner binaries.
