When every matching perf job was intentionally SKIPPED (e.g. `--arch amd` on a non-'pr-performance' PR) the tool exited 1, so automation could not tell "no perf data" from a real failure. And the `clickhouse` PATH check ran at the top of `main`, aborting on hosts without `clickhouse` even when there was nothing to analyze. Exit 0 in the all-skipped case, and require `clickhouse` only after establishing there is at least one shard to download and classify. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <[email protected]>
