James Peter 0356a9923b rust(core,tui): fix all warnings in build-fast.sh 
- Remove unused imports in core/codex.rs and tui/chatwidget.rs
- Avoid unused var by ignoring aggregated_output in ExecCommandEnd
- Remove dead stream cap constants from exec.rs
- Silence dead_code in exec_command session modules (WIP API) via module-level allow
- Annotate exec_command re-exports with #[allow(unused_imports)] to avoid warning until wired

Build now completes with zero warnings using ./build-fast.sh

We want to send an aggregated output of stderr and stdout so we don't
have to aggregate it stderr+stdout as we lose order sometimes.

James Peter 2317707b59 fix(tui): clear chat content area to prevent stuck characters when scrolling 
- Clear content_area with spaces before rendering cells each frame
- Preserves theme background color while clearing
- Minimal performance impact (only clears chat viewport, not full terminal)
- Fixes artifacts that remained when scrolling to shorter lines
