The bot installs as @hanzo/bot: npm's bot is someone else's package

Every install, update and removal line said bot@latest or -g bot, which on npm
is an unrelated third-party package. @hanzo/bot is ours and ships the bot and
hanzo-bot commands.

If you can run `npm install -g bot@latest` but later see `bot: command not found`, it’s almost always a **PATH** issue: the directory where npm puts global binaries isn’t on your shell’s PATH.
