docs(services): sync gen-services-nav to the 10-category taxonomy

@hanzo/products' CATEGORY_ORDER was cut 13 -> 10 (Training -> AI, Dev -> Platform,
Settings removed). The generator groups the "All Services" nav by that list;
regenerating content/docs/services/meta.json against the updated catalog is a
byte-for-byte no-op (the 3 cut categories had no docs pages, so the rendered nav
already showed the 10). Only the generator's doc-comment (13 -> 10) needed syncing.
Verified: 54 nav slugs, all resolve; separators are the 10 canonical categories
in order + "More"; no broken links.
