fix(docs): @hanzo/ui ^8.3.3 — the pin was exact and one patch short

8.3.0's theme.css inlined design 0.5.17, the last tokens that named Geist.
That is why this site loads five Zen faces and paints Geist: the faces
arrive, and an unlayered :root from the component library renames the role
out from under them.
