Render the footer bootnode-docs was only importing

Its layout returns on one line, so the edit that placed <Footer /> before the
closing tag in nineteen apps found nothing to match here and left the import
standing on its own. The build stayed green — an unused import is not an error —
and the site came out with no footer at all.

All twenty apps now build and each renders exactly one.
