lint: make the shared eslint config resolvable again

ESLint normalises a scoped shareable config `@scope/name` to
`@scope/eslint-config-name`. When this fork renamed `@documenso/eslint-config`
to `@hanzo/esign-eslint-config`, that normalisation started looking for
`@hanzo/eslint-config-esign-eslint-config`, which does not exist — so every
`eslint` invocation, including the lint-staged pre-commit hook, died with
"couldn't find the config to extend from" instead of linting. The gate has
been inert since the rename.

Referencing the config by resolved path keeps the package name matching the
`@hanzo/esign-*` convention and skips the normalisation entirely.

Lint runs again and reports 16 pre-existing errors across apps/remix,
packages/lib and packages/trpc (promise-function-async, ban-types,
require-await, undeclared turbo env vars) that were invisible while it was
broken. They are left for their owners; nothing in this repo's CI runs lint,
and lint-staged only checks files a commit touches.
