The genuine gap: git.hanzo.ai already runs the fork (ghcr.io/hanzoai/git) but
still serves the old placeholder logo and a "Powered by Gitea" footer. Bake the
canonical Hanzo mark into the image so branding is the fork's, not env/ConfigMap.

- README -> minimal Hanzo Git doc (Gitea/MIT attribution preserved).
- footer "Powered by Gitea" -> "Powered by Hanzo Git", link -> hanzo.ai.
- default APP_NAME -> "Hanzo Git" (server.go + app.example.ini).
- logo.svg + favicon.svg -> canonical Hanzo mark (self-contained, theme-safe).

Env contract left as-is (the fork's live GIT__ convention) — this change is
env-agnostic and safe to ship independently.
