Modules declare go 1.27.1 and the build images follow. go fix applied the
modernizers, and CI tests on 1.27.1 alone; omitzero is not applied, since
it changes what the JSON says.

github.com has no runner for hanzo-build-linux-amd64, so a caller under
.github/workflows is a gate that can never be scheduled. This is the ~7-line
caller on the plane that can (git.hanzo.ai git-runner fleet), pinned @v1.

Repoints the non-consumed examples submodule at the published hanzoai forks:
go-cosyvoice v1.0.0, go-openai-realtime v1.0.0 and its examples v1.0.0. No
replace directives. (Building this demo module still needs the macOS
AudioToolbox framework via the hajimehoshi/oto audio dep — unrelated to the
fork and irrelevant to the consumed root module.)

Hard-fork of WqyJh/go-cosyvoice into the hanzoai org so the OpenAI/audio-LLM Go
stack is fully owned. Renames the module path and repoints the realtime deps to
the hanzoai fork required directly (no replace directives):
